This show follows the everyday lives of fifteen seemingly ordinary people, intercut with their flashbacks to a traumatic shipwreck that left them all stranded for six months in a graveyard of boats and planes that all disappeared in the Bermuda Triangle.

The eerie and terrifying location may or may not be haunted, but there’s no denying that something lurks in the waters between the rusty vessels… a creature that threatens and terrifies the survivors as they attempt to travel from ship to deserted ship, trying to contact the outside world and find a way home.

Through these flashbacks, we learn how their extraordinary experiences left each of them virtually unchanged as they go back to the quotidia of normal life, with only the occasional pause to remember their incredible ordeal before they put it out of their minds and head to Starbucks.

Premiere: Brilliant surgeon John Bolden hesitates just before pouring a shot of whiskey into his Americano. He flashes back to the desperate first days of the shipwreck, when he had to wean himself from incipient alcohol addiction in order to save every precious drop to sterilize and anesthetize survivors who needed medical attention. In the present day, freshly grateful to be home again, John makes it a double shot and drinks appreciatively before heading into the operating room.
